Visiting Art Bradish is like stepping back in time. This classic, roadside stand looks like it has been around for about 100 years. If you, like me, like to seek out authentic experiences, this is the place! I went with my parents, my kids, and a couple of my nephews. We all liked sitting outside on the shaded picnic benches and feeding french fries to the birds and chipmunks. We went on a Friday. My father and I enjoyed their special Friday seafood specials. My father had fried clams and I had fish and chips. Other family members enjoyed Staples such as hot dogs, grilled cheese, and hamburgers. The onion rings were everyone's favorite. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

Yes! It's that time of year again--they are open for the season!! We had the foot long chili dog and ice cream. They were out of clams, so I will have to visit again. Hours are Posted in my pics!

Totally old school roadside snack shack! Wish it was open year round! Great burgers, dogs, fries and rings. On Fridays they have seafood specials. Try the foot long chili dog with rings. My favorite. Outside seating only with nice tables and umbrellas.

Great piece of rare Americana, the food is awesome, the prices are awesome, and the outdoor dining is awesome, truly a lost piece of bygone days is found here. My favorite place to eat!

It is always great. Been going for 50 years. The onion rings are awesome. Foot long hotdogs grilled in a new england style hotdog buns that is grilled to perfection.

The best onion rings I've ever eaten. Thin strings of onions perfectly fried. The footlong chili dogs are also outstanding. No bathrooms, and outdoor seating only, but this place is a classic. One note though, the only drinks available are soda in cans and bottles of water.

I really wanted to like this place. I love the charm of it and the people were very nice. I tried the onion strings based on the reviews of others; these were good. My hamburger was disappointing. It was similar to a cafeteria hamburger. I may try this place again as I feel that the hot dogs may be better than the hamburgers.

Good food, good seafood on Fridays. I just wish they offered seafood on more than just Fridays.

So, I was driving down this road in what seemed like the middle of nowhere when all of a sudden I drove by this tiny little Shack with about 20 cars in front of it ... okay, so maybe the 20 cars is an exaggeration, but the place was packed. So, I turned around and went back because it was lunch time. Delicious hamburger, Quick Service, friendly people and plenty of picnic tables to park your butt and eat. Can't believe I found this place in middle of nowhere(no offense intended to the residents of the area).

Art's is a hot-dog and hamburger place that was built a little bit after World War Two (the building itself is a bit short. if your tall, watch your head) and continues to open every summer. It is a quintessential classic road side restaurant stand that you should visit at lest once a summer if not more. My family has been going here on hot summer nights for as long as I can remember. on occasion, people will bring classic cars and it feels like step back in time. My usual order is a chilly dog and some of there shoe string onion rings.Keep in mind that its a road side stand kind of grill. There is nothing too fancy here, but god damn is it good. It wouldn't be summer without Art's.

Great hot dogs. 2 buck grilled cheese sand. Seafood on fridays. Only open memorial day thru labor day. No beer.

Awesome food great onion rings

It's local and the onion rings are awesome. Seriously, even if you don't like them, you'll like theirs, order them. The quality of the food is better than the chain fast food places. There is usually a line, and then it takes about 10 minutes before the food is ready to go. I saw that you can order beforehand though and I suggest doing that. Enjoy!

We really love this place, this place is simply superb, they have lot of seating space as well which is nice in the evening. Opposite to Nelson Point Park and right on Rt 140. They have seafood special on Friday and Fish and Chips are worth trying. Sometime there is a waiting because they make fresh but you can always order on phone and pick.

Came across Art’s several hours into my (motorcycle) ride yesterday looking for a lunch option. Always want to try/frequent indies. Had 2 delicious hamburgers as I watched other patrons (many of them at 1pm) order and eat hot dogs, fries and much more. Plenty of outdoor picnic table seating in the shade and with umbrellas at several tables. Very friendly staff. Modest pricing. Memorable. Will make this a regular stop during their season.

Classic food stand that has been family run for generations. Everyone in the area knows how good they are and get excited for another summer of food. You must order the onion rings!

This is not fancy food but it's exactly what an old time hot dog stand should be. The hotdogs are good and I like the onion rings too. The only real negative is the pack of a restroom.
